Add frisch mint to all recipes!

You can add fresh mint to any stir-fry or dinner dish and it is delicious.
Mint condition mint is the most valuable.  Most currency is made in a mint.
Mint can grow easily in a pot outside your doorstep or in your garden.

Literally money on your plate!

Here is a hot recipe for a stir fry using mint:

To cook:
Add oils into pan, medium high heat. 3 mins.
Then add garlic, chives and MINT. 2 mins.
Then add everything . Cook. 2-3 mins.
Then stir quickly. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover with lid. Cook. 2-3 mins.  
Eat with rice.

MOST Ingredients can be grown in a raised bed on your front/back lawn:

6-12 leaves of Kale/Swiss Chard/Beet Leaves/ all chopped up
1/3 cup chives chopped up.
6-7 FRESH MINT LEAVES
1/3 cup Parsley chopped up
Half a Garlic (3-4 pieces) chopped.
1/4 cup raisins.
Sesame oil (1tablespoon)
coconut oil (2-3tablespoons depending on the volume of kale
Sunflowers seeds and/or Sesame seeds (you can pre-roast the sunflowers seeds in a skillet, with no oil).

Try cooking this because it tastes amazing.
